In 1977, Pete Rathgeb began his own lawn care business while still a local Cape Coral high school student. Quickly, Rathgeb Bros., Inc. became a highly regarded leader in the lawn mowing and landscape maintenance arena. After enjoying many years of success and countless satisfied customers, he sold the business and shifted his expertise to the control of turf damaging insects, weed control, fertilization and tree / shrub health. was formed in 1997 as a pest control company in Fort, Myers, FL, and rapidly rose to become the area's leader in providing grounds-management services of distinctive quality!
Pete serves as Perfection's President and CEO. His son, Matt, is Vice President and shares ownership in the company with his dad. Pete has been happily married to his beautiful wife, Diane, since 1989 and have raised three great children - Matt, Olivia and Elizabeth.

Seven of our employees are state Certified Operators in Lawn & Ornamental care with three holding additional Operator licenses in General Household Pest Control. Our pest control company strives to hire and retain highly trained and experienced team members.
